Sweet Leif. Garlic & Rosemary marinated Goats Feta

I think I can blame the cheese addiction on my Scandinavian roots. Anything dairy, fear for your life, I will eat you. I like pretty much any cheese, but one think I haven't been so big on is goats cheese. Why?, I hear you ask. To tell you the truth, I really don't know? I may just have been very unlucky with previous goats cheeses I have had, but they all just tasted really... goaty! That's not even a word, but it is difficult to explain. It wasn't until I tried the Meredith Marinated Goats Feta that I changed my mind. Now, that is a good goat right there. Nowadays I make my own marinade. You can get the feta plain in nearly every super market, if not in yours, try the market. Here's my favorite receipt. All you need is a block of goats feta (I use an organic option), a glass jar with lid, extra virgin olive oil, 3-4 crushed cloves of garlic, black pepper corn and fresh rosemary. Keep it in the fridge for a couple of day so it can soak up some of the marinade and taaadaaaa! Goat's Feta ahoy!
